A legal role supporting an international product company in the gaming sector, handling contracts, payment partners and corporate matters across several jurisdictions.
What you will do
- Handle relationships with payment providers and external subcontractors
- Draft, review and negotiate agreements, templates, legal opinions and correspondence
- Prepare analytical reports and other legal documentation
- Support the opening of bank accounts in various countries
- Provide ongoing corporate legal assistance across multiple jurisdictions
What they look for
- A complete legal qualification
- At least two years in an in-house legal or counsel position
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Practical familiarity with the legal systems of Cyprus, the EU, the UK or similar jurisdictions
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory duties such as AML and licensing
- Experience with employment, commercial lease and software distribution matters
