Workplace Investigations Paralegal

About the role

This role supports a US legal team by reviewing documents, summarizing interviews and preparing investigation reports. It also involves client communication and keeping case records accurate and complete.

What you will do

• Take notes, examine documents and write summaries of interviews
• Draft investigation timelines, reports and related paperwork
• Identify key facts and check the accuracy of findings, including AI-generated reports
• Liaise with clients and coordinate investigation requirements
• Maintain case records in Clio and organize documents in SharePoint
• Use AI tools for reporting and document review, and help with admin and marketing tasks as needed

What they look for

• A paralegal employment certification
• Background in US employment law or human resources
• Experience with client communication, report drafting and document review
• Strong English communication and analytical skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Clio or SharePoint
• Background in workplace investigations or employee relations
