Creative Director

About the role

A senior creative leader is sought to head the creative department, guiding people, capacity and process while staying hands-on with brand, campaign, web and pitch work. The role also shapes how AI tools are adopted across creative output.

What you will do

• Manage, mentor and develop the full-time creatives, setting goals and giving honest feedback
• Set the creative vision and working method, and advocate for it across the agency
• Own capacity planning, anticipate resourcing needs and balance workload across the team
• Recruit, brief and manage freelancers who meet quality and budget expectations
• Partner with delivery on priorities, timelines and scope, and refine the workflow from brief to handoff
• Lead brand development, campaigns, digital advertising and website design, and direct designers and copywriters

What they look for

• Experience as a Creative Director, ACD or Head of Creative in a strong agency, with direct team leadership
• A track record of building a department, including capacity, resourcing and process ownership
• Ability to partner closely with delivery and account teams
• Hands-on skills across brand, campaign, web and pitch work
• Comfort experimenting with AI tools and setting practical quality guardrails
