Grow and activate a creator community that produces content, drives sales and supports brand growth. The role starts with TikTok Shop and expands into other social commerce channels.
What you will do
- Build and activate the creator community through onboarding, engagement and retention
- Manage creator relationships and communication on Discord, TikTok Shop and other platforms
- Coordinate briefs, campaigns, contests, sampling and educational activities
What they look for
- Three to five years in creator community management, influencer or affiliate marketing, or creator partnerships
- Hands-on experience managing creators from onboarding through retention
- Strong grasp of TikTok, creator culture and social media trends
- Experience driving creator participation through campaigns and incentives
- Strong English communication and relationship management skills
- Proactive, organized and execution-oriented mindset
Nice to have
- Background in DTC or ecommerce brands, especially beauty, apparel, fashion or wellness
