What you will do
- Guide applicants to submit all paperwork needed to complete credentialing and recredentialing applications
- Perform file audits and give feedback on finished initial and reappointment files
- Enter and maintain data so the physician database stays accurate, including onboarding new providers
- Contact primary sources by phone, fax, mail and online to collect verifications and document the results
- Help draft privilege forms and support the reappointment process with follow up on missing information
- Track errors and complaints to support process improvement and meet processing deadlines with few mistakes
