Customer Care Solutions Advisor

About the role

Remote role helping clients plan vacations by researching options, coordinating services and resolving routine questions. Training and supplier education are provided, and no prior travel experience is needed.

What you will do

• Gather each client's destinations, dates, budget, interests and special requests
• Compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transport, tours and activities using approved suppliers
• Help clients weigh options and arrange the services they choose
• Keep booking details, confirmations, schedules and itineraries organized
• Answer routine questions, share updates, follow up and handle standard changes
• Check reservation accuracy, track deadlines and maintain client records
