What you will do
- Create, update, validate and retire customer records following company policy
- Run routine quality checks and propose ways to clean up data
- Help onboard customers and confirm the required paperwork is in place
- Work with sales, finance, service, credit, tax, compliance and IT to settle data problems
- Analyse master data patterns and suggest process improvements
- Support system rollouts, integrations, migrations and testing, and handle data tickets within agreed service levels
