Customer Onboarding & Success Specialist

About the role

Guide providers and technicians through onboarding on a platform that connects ABA providers with registered behaviour technicians, following up on incomplete tasks and supporting users.

What you will do

• Support technicians as they register and finish onboarding through the mobile app
• Follow up with users who have incomplete profiles or outstanding onboarding steps
• Answer routine questions about the platform and walk users through the relevant steps
• Monitor onboarding progress and identify users who need extra support
• Keep CRM records current and escalate technical issues to the right team member
