Senior Full Stack Java Engineer

About the role

A hands-on engineering role building cloud-native applications for workforce management, customer experience and operational processes. The engineer carries features from design through deployment and production support.

What you will do

• Design, build, test and maintain backend services with Java, Spring Boot and sound engineering practice
• Create web interfaces with React, TypeScript, reusable components, responsive layouts and accessible patterns
• Build and consume REST APIs with clear OpenAPI contracts and solid error handling
• Containerize services and support cloud deployment, configuration management and environment consistency
• Maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with automated tests, quality gates and repeatable releases

What they look for

• Six or more years of full-stack development, including owning production applications
• Strong Java and Spring experience, especially Spring Boot, REST, persistence, security and automated testing
• Frontend skills with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component design, state management and testing
• Familiarity with Node.js for light services, integrations or build tooling
• Experience with REST API and microservice design in distributed systems

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar messaging and event streaming
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability tools and secure delivery practices
• Background in workforce management or contact center solutions
