What you will do

  • Take each onboarding from kickoff call to nurture, keeping communication clear and fast
  • Run kickoff calls that map the customer's tech stack, stakeholders and goals before configuration
  • Install and validate the tracking pixel in Shopify, including theme embed and checkout web pixel, and advise on tag manager setups
  • Set up UTM and tracking parameters with platform tokens so attribution captures paid channel data correctly
  • Connect and fix integrations such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo, Sheets and Slack before they block features
  • Walk customers through dashboards, custom metrics and attribution model choices that suit their business
