What you will do
- Plan, launch and manage ad campaigns that consistently hit KPIs
- Run international mobile projects with monthly budgets from USD 300,000
- Develop methods for working with new targeting types
- Generate and test hypotheses to boost campaign results
- Automate routine procurement tasks and coordinate with the creative team
- Keep in touch with traffic source representatives and explore new channels

- Proven user acquisition management experience in the gaming industry
- Hands-on work with Facebook Ads, Google Ads and TikTok
- Solid grasp of mobile attribution basics and tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust
- Strong command of campaign metrics like ROI, ROAS, ARPU, ARPPU and LTV
- Track record scaling campaigns with budgets above USD 300,000 per month
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills plus BI tools such as Tableau
Nice to have
