About the role

A strategic role driving service growth, installed base expansion and lifecycle value for a diagnostic X-ray portfolio in North America. The manager aligns sales, service and marketing around commercial programs.

What you will do

Lead regional service growth and lifecycle optimization programs for the X-ray portfolio
Drive service attachment tied to point-of-sale transactions and term optimization
Retain, upgrade and expand the installed base while improving service profitability
Partner with sales, service, marketing and finance on growth initiatives and pricing
Track KPIs and business metrics, and analyze market and customer trends

What they look for

At least three years of industry experience, ideally in product management, marketing, healthcare or MedTech
Familiarity with radiology and the service structure of capital equipment
Broad product and service knowledge and skill at cross-functional collaboration
Ability to meet the physical, cognitive and environmental demands of the role
