Civil Project Manager, Site Design and Municipal

About the role

Lead complex, high-priority site design and municipal projects, directing teams and ensuring quality delivery within scope, schedule and budget. The role supports land development work and offers flexible remote or hybrid arrangements.

What you will do

• Define project scopes, schedules and budgets, then track progress toward financial and timeline goals
• Lead project execution by assembling teams, coordinating internal resources and assigning responsibilities
• Monitor performance and keep deliverables within agreed scope, schedule and budget
• Handle change requests and apply risk management to limit financial exposure
• Coordinate technical reviews to confirm quality and contract compliance
• Build lasting client relationships and document project records and correspondence
