Project Manager

About the role

A project management role overseeing billable customer technology projects from kickoff to closure. The position ensures scope, schedule, budget and quality targets are met while keeping stakeholders informed.

What you will do

• Manage customer projects end to end using established PMO methods and governance
• Confirm scope, deliverables, milestones and responsibilities with stakeholders
• Maintain plans, schedules, forecasts, status reports and project documentation
• Lead client kickoff, progress and closeout meetings and share timely updates
• Track risks, issues, actions and decisions, assigning owners and escalating as needed
• Monitor project financials, billings and forecasts and address variances

What they look for

• Four-year degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Four or more years managing customer-facing projects in IT services, consulting or technology delivery
• Experience with complex multi-workstream projects involving vendors or multiple locations
• Track record of delivering on time and within budget
• Skill in managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks and change control
• Ability to handle concurrent priorities, escalations and clear communication
