What you will do
- Run customer projects from startup to closure using established PMO methods and governance
- Confirm objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria and roles with stakeholders
- Build and maintain plans, schedules, forecasts, status reports and project documentation
- Lead kickoff, progress, governance and closeout meetings with clients
- Track risks, issues, actions and decisions, assign owners and escalate as needed
- Monitor financials, billings, revenue, margin and resource use, and address variances

- Four or more years of project management, including customer-facing external projects in IT services, consulting or technology delivery
- Experience with complex projects spanning multiple workstreams, technologies, resources, vendors or locations

- Skill in managing scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, change control and closure
- Ability to juggle concurrent priorities, handle escalations and communicate decisions clearly
