Lead cross-functional teams to design scalable enterprise services that improve customer experience and deliver business value, using systems thinking and service design methods.
What you will do
- Coordinate teams from different functions to shape complete enterprise services
- Guide creation of value streams, service blueprints, customer journeys and workflows
- Work with process owners, product teams, architects and service owners
- Spot chances to standardize, digitize, automate and apply AI
- Build service roadmaps and maturity plans
- Keep governance and design standards consistent across the enterprise
What they look for
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, design or a similar field
- Record of coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience with standardization, digitization, automation and AI-enabled services
- Strong facilitation, road mapping, stakeholder alignment and executive communication
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITIL, Agile or enterprise service management
