Lead client sales team implementations from start to finish while working closely with the founder on strategy and playbook improvements. The seat blends client delivery with sales operations oversight.
What you will do
- Lead outbound sales implementations for clients
- Adapt the outbound playbook into hiring, onboarding, metrics and performance systems
- Manage offshore dialers and salespeople through scorecards and performance rhythms
- Run performance reviews with client teams and adjust strategy with the founder
- Support internal process upgrades, projects and playbook refinements
- Keep projects organised with timelines, deliverables, handoffs and documentation
What they look for
- Four or more years of outbound B2B sales management as a leader or coach
- Strong operational discipline with metrics and routines
- Confidence running multiple workstreams without losing detail
- Proactive, structured and reliable mindset comfortable with fast change
- A Mac from after 2021 and availability overlapping 9am to 4pm US Eastern
