What you will do

• Run one integrated compliance management system across quality, HSE, security, privacy, legal and internal controls
• Set and maintain policies, standards, controls and evidence frameworks that stay audit ready and scale
• Build governance and accountability, including a cross functional compliance responsibility matrix
• Lead internal and external audits with certification bodies, customers and regulators, and drive corrective actions
• Track regulatory change and turn legal requirements into actionable controls
• Report consolidated compliance risk to executives and the audit committee

What they look for

• Eight or more years in compliance, risk, quality, security or regulatory work in software, automotive, cloud or regulated technology
• Experience owning several compliance domains at once
• Solid grasp of ISO based management systems and audit operations
• Track record working with internal audit, external auditors and regulators
• Ability to convert legal and regulatory requirements into operational controls

Nice to have

• Experience building or maturing integrated compliance programmes at scale
• International experience across regions and regulatory frameworks
