About the role

Serve as a fractional organic growth lead for a portfolio of clients, owning strategy and hands on execution across SEO and AI visibility. The role blends client management with campaign delivery and reporting.

What you will do

Act as main contact and owner for each client engagement end to end
Set KPIs and monthly strategies focused on high intent keywords and sequence the work
Run SEO and content campaigns with in house teams, plus off page work on Reddit, YouTube and digital PR
Resolve technical site issues with web development resources
Track results in Search Console, GA4, HubSpot and AI search tools and tie them to conversions and revenue
Deliver monthly reports explaining what works and suggest new channel tests and upsells

What they look for

Two or more years driving revenue growth through SEO
Experience in house at a startup or scaling business
Marketing background spanning SEO, content marketing and analytics
Curiosity and a habit of testing new tactics
Strong client communication and proactive updates
