A remote first-line support role for a FinTech software client serving depositary banks and fund administrators. The consultant links business clients with technical teams and helps shape support processes.
What you will do
- Monitor and handle incoming tickets in Zendesk and send first replies within agreed SLAs
- Gather issue details such as screenshots, software versions, reproduction steps and expected versus actual results
- Carry out basic troubleshooting and recreate issues in test environments
- Answer common questions using documentation and user guides
- Coordinate change and feature requests with internal teams and keep customers updated
What they look for
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Prior customer support experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or software support
- Strong hands-on Zendesk knowledge
- Familiarity with the FinTech sector
- Understanding of ticket management, SLAs, escalation paths and support workflows
- Comfort with software platforms and quick to learn new systems
Nice to have
- Experience in FinTech or financial software
- General understanding of financial products and operations
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience reproducing software bugs
