What you will do
- Act as primary technical advisor for assigned strategic customer accounts
- Build trusted relationships with customer security teams and leadership
- Assist with implementation, configuration and troubleshooting of the platform
- Help customers operationalize all modules and integrate the platform with existing tools
- Develop scripting and application solutions using platform APIs
- Collaborate with the professional services team on customer facing materials

- Two or more years with security applications such as endpoint, identity, cloud or SIEM
