Customer Support Consultant

About the role

Join a talent pool of support consultants for future projects, helping technology clients serve their customers. The role is fully remote within the EU and focuses on email-based customer support.

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality customer support through email
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Keep pace with changing tools and technology
• Handle sensitive customer data securely
• Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPIs
• Communicate with developers and specialists across functions

What they look for

• Excellent English, at least C1 in speaking and writing
• At least six months of customer support experience
• Comfort testing and troubleshooting basic technical issues
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills
• A proactive, positive and responsible attitude
• A personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet of at least 50 Mbps down and 40 Mbps up

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems
