What you will do
- Own the portal roadmap, governance and daily performance, and drive partner onboarding and adoption
- Map and manage the whole partner journey from onboarding to campaign activation and performance reporting
- Gather requirements and rank enhancements using partner feedback, seller needs, business value and feasibility
- Work with IT, product, sales operations, marketing and vendors on platform improvements and integrations
- Set content standards covering quality, freshness, taxonomy, approvals, access and lifecycle
- Design repeatable go-to-market programs and activation models tailored by partner tier and priority
