What you will do
- Deliver customer support through email channels
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Keep current with evolving tools and technology
- Handle sensitive customer data securely
- Meet key performance targets and understand client solutions
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists
What they look for
- Excellent English, at least C1 in speech and writing
- At least six months of customer support experience
- Ability to test and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Strong analytical and research skills
- A proactive and responsible attitude
- A personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet of at least 50 Mbps down and 40 Mbps up
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM systems
