Customer Support Representative (Dutch Speaking, Remote)

About the role

A front-line support position helping Dutch-speaking customers by phone, chat or email. The focus is on clear communication and seeing each case through to a good outcome.

What you will do

• Answer customer questions through phone, chat or email channels
• Solve problems thoroughly while keeping quality high
• Report repeated problems so the root cause can be fixed
• Keep case notes and internal tools accurate and up to date

What they look for

• Fluent Dutch
• Eligible to work in the EU through citizenship, a valid permit or equivalent
• Comfortable learning new internal software systems

Nice to have

• Some previous experience dealing with customers
