A customer-facing presales architect role focused on cloud-native platforms and container services. The person advises clients and partners and guides solutions from concept to production adoption.
What you will do
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients, partners and field sales through the customer lifecycle
- Explore client business goals, technical needs, application architectures and cloud transformation plans
- Design complete solution architectures using container services, Kubernetes, cloud-native infrastructure, storage, networking and automation
- Run technical discovery, architecture workshops, whiteboarding and executive-level technical discussions
- Give technical presentations and tailored demonstrations that show platform capabilities and business value
- Help account teams with technical strategy, proposals, RFP and RFI responses and solution positioning
