Customer Support Representative - Portuguese Speaker

About the role

Serve as the first point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers, resolving questions and issues with patience and clear communication. The role is remote and rewards efficient, accurate problem solving.

What you will do

• Respond to customer questions by phone, chat or email
• Decide when to escalate an issue and when to resolve it directly
• Resolve problems efficiently while keeping quality high
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and up to date

• Fluent Portuguese
