Junior Technical Support Specialist (French-speaking, Remote)

About the role

A junior support role helping French-speaking customers resolve technical problems, with remote work and occasional office visits. It suits someone building technical support skills in an international setting.

What you will do

• Assist French-speaking customers with technical questions and issues
• Look into and diagnose straightforward technical faults
• Run simple SQL queries to support data checks and investigations
• Log, track and fix issues where possible, passing harder cases to specialist teams
• Keep accurate records of customer contacts and support cases
• Explain technical details clearly and work with colleagues to keep service quality high

What they look for

• Native-level French
• English at B2 or above
• Basic SQL knowledge or some hands-on experience
• Genuine interest in technology and problem solving
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Able to work independently from home and visit the Porto office quarterly
