What you will do
- Give technical support to customers who speak French
- Look into and troubleshoot basic technical problems
- Use basic SQL to help with data queries and investigations
- Log, track and resolve technical issues where possible, escalating harder cases to specialist teams
- Keep clear records of customer contacts and technical cases
- Explain technical details in a clear, accessible way and work with colleagues to keep support quality high
