Customer Support Specialist

About the role

A remote customer support role answering client questions about trading products and platforms through phone, email and live chat, and helping other teams as needed.

What you will do

• Resolve incoming client questions by phone, email and live chat, identifying the issue and giving clear answers
• Show clients how to navigate the company website and trading platforms
• Discuss the company's products and services with clients across phone, email and chat
• Assist colleagues in other departments when required

What they look for

• Strong written and spoken English
• Confident communication over live chat, email and telephone
• A client-focused attitude with solid problem solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adjust in a fast-moving environment
• Availability for rotating shifts Monday to Friday between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM UTC+8
• Availability on public holidays and one weekend per month

Nice to have

• Previous customer support experience, especially in forex, CFDs or financial services
