- Act as the main contact for prospective clients while their data access and integration is set up
- Coordinate platform access with revenue and analyst colleagues before and during marketing audits
- Set up and manage onboarding environments for prospective clients
- Keep the access and integration resource library current and improve it over time
- Refresh internal documentation whenever access processes change
- Use AI tools to streamline and improve the access and integration workflow
