Data Administrator

About the role

An individual-contributor role that keeps organisational data accurate, complete and compliant, produces timely reports and supports decisions across care teams and leadership.

What you will do

• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly report and outreach files to contracted health plans, checking formatting and regulatory requiremen
• Collect, validate and consolidate member data from several internal systems, resolving errors and rejections quickly
• Run recurring eligibility checks and manage initial authorisations and renewals through provider portals
• Copy care manager notes between platforms, standardise formatting and tags, and audit for missing or incomplete entries
• Compile weekly status updates and trend reports for executives and department heads
• Keep member profiles current, confirming statuses, discharge reasons and service end dates

• Strong attention to detail and organisation, with the ability to work across teams
• Experience gathering and validating data from multiple systems and meeting reporting deadlines
• Familiarity with eligibility checks, authorisations and payer or health plan requirements
• Ability to turn raw data into clear reports and actionable insights for leadership

Pay

USD 24 to 27 per hour
