What you will do
- Take between 30 and 50 inbound calls and emails each day
- Give round the clock breakdown and recovery help while following safety rules
- Gather case information such as vehicle data, customer details and GPS position
- Help users with the mobile app, logins, accounts and feature activation
- Assist with service purchases, appointment scheduling and vehicle monitoring
- Answer first line questions on warranty, maintenance and dealers, and escalate complex cases

- English at B2 level
- Solid computer skills plus familiarity with Android and iOS
- Strong communication in writing and speech, with customer focus and problem solving
- Typing of 25 words per minute or more at 85 percent accuracy
