Data & Insights Manager, Teamwear

About the role

Own partner reporting and lead a small data team for a platform serving amateur football communities. Turn large volumes of team data into insights and recommendations for a major brand partner.

What you will do

• Produce monthly, quarterly and half-yearly partner reports and market share updates
• Turn data on tens of thousands of amateur teams into insights and recommendations
• Present results and recommendations to a partner's management
• Lead a squad of working students and mini-jobbers, setting priorities and splitting work
• Plan and track Teamwear projects and keep the team aligned
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for leadership and run weekly reporting

What they look for

• Two to five years in analytics, business operations, key account or project management
• Fluent German and English
• Genuine interest in amateur football and its community
• Experience building recurring reports from raw data to management-ready decks
• Confident data storytelling and presentation to management
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (pivots, lookups) plus slide tools, database-style tools and AI tools

Nice to have

• Experience in sporting goods or teamwear
• Basic SQL or a BI tool
