Dedicated Client Liaison (Bilingual)

About the role

Needs someone fluent in Spanish who can turn benefits knowledge into practical answers and keep communication steady between the client's HR, payroll and employee relations people and internal teams.

What you will do

• Shape the role with the client, service team and your leader, turning duties into measurable actions as things change
• Learn the client's in-force benefits and use that knowledge for administration and solutions
• Resolve inquiries, issues and concerns to the satisfaction of whoever raised them
• Coordinate with client HR, benefits, payroll and employee relations staff on questions, guidance and training
• Guide client employees on their benefits and the resources open to them

What they look for

• Bilingual and fluent in Spanish
• Deep understanding of employee benefits
• Ability to translate benefits expertise into practical workplace solutions
• Clear, consistent communication with client and internal teams
• Willingness to attend client facilities and company offices in person and travel about 10% of the year
