Dedicated Client Liaison (Bilingual Spanish)

About the role

Support a dedicated client's employee benefits program by handling inquiries, issues and service requests, and by coordinating resolution with internal teams and client stakeholders.

What you will do

• Handle intake, coordination and resolution of benefits inquiries and service requests
• Resolve client issues accurately and on time with clear, consistent communication
• Partner with client HR, benefits, payroll and employee relations stakeholders
• Guide client employees on available benefits resources and support
• Attend client and company sites in person and travel as business needs require
• Shape the role with the client, service team and people leader into measurable actions

What they look for

• Bilingual and fluent in Spanish
• Deep understanding of employee benefits and benefit administration
• Able to translate benefits expertise into practical workplace solutions
• Available for in-person meetings and business travel, roughly a tenth of work time
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
