What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to capture goals and operational challenges
- Perform fit gap analysis between business needs and Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities
- Document current and future state business processes
- Turn business requirements into functional designs and configuration specifications
- Configure Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service solutions, including tables
- Create and manage user stories in Azure DevOps and support backlog and sprint planning
