Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of local business clients, combining account management with Local SEO work, performance reporting and AI assisted execution.

What you will do
- Act as primary contact for local business clients and keep communication proactive and consistent
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, listings and local search visibility
- Track rankings, traffic and other metrics in Search Console and Analytics, then prepare client reports
- Use Claude and ChatGPT to speed up content drafting and research, reviewing all output before delivery
- Spot account issues early, diagnose causes and coordinate internally until resolved
- Identify chances to add services such as Google Ads where they would genuinely help clients
