Digital Product Manager, Servicing Platforms

About the role

Own the strategy, roadmap and feature definition for servicing platform software products across their lifecycle. Guide product teams and mentor peers while tying market research to client business goals.

What you will do

• Build, maintain and refine the product vision and roadmap so solutions deliver intended outcomes
• Promote a shared understanding of the vision and roadmap across the organisation
• Work with stakeholders on strategy, go-to-market plans, competitive analysis and revenue analysis
• Anticipate user needs using market trends, research and product data
• Keep a healthy feature backlog to sustain a continuous flow of value
• Translate investment decisions into features and confirm acceptance criteria before launch

What they look for

• Five years in digital product management or a closely related field
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business, marketing, engineering or similar
• A record of leading and mentoring junior product managers
• Ability to set and drive product strategy and deliver against key metrics
• Strong collaboration with executives and cross-functional teams such as engineers, designers, analysts and researchers
