Digital Support Specialist

About the role

Provide front-line support to consumer and business banking customers in a high-volume contact center, handling digital channels and onboarding applications.

What you will do

• Answer inbound calls, secure messages and chats from consumer and business customers
• Handle account maintenance and servicing requests for personal and business accounts
• Resolve issues on first contact and escalate complex or high-risk cases
• Assist business customers with online access, password resets and basic ACH or wire inquiries
• Review submitted applications and documentation against policy and service level agreements
