Director, AI Solutions Strategy & Planning

About the role

Lead strategy and planning for a new portfolio of AI-driven retailer solutions, building the go-to-market infrastructure needed to scale it. The role bridges enterprise strategy and frontier AI across many teams.

What you will do

• Define and drive a full go-to-market strategy covering consumer experiences, ecommerce analytics and retailer workflows
• Set positioning, pricing frameworks and retailer onboarding playbooks
• Establish cross-functional alignment and governance forums with transparent decision making
• Launch pilot programs and experimentation frameworks, then iterate on performance metrics
• Equip sales teams with AI-specific strategies, materials and training
• Run market and competitive analysis to inform product and commercialization choices

What they look for

• Eight or more years in strategy, product commercialization or go-to-market planning
• Experience building go-to-market strategies for AI products, retailer solutions or enterprise platforms
• Deep grasp of AI technologies and ability to translate them into business value
• Expertise in product positioning and pricing
