Director, Biometrics Strategy and Business Development

About the role

Lead commercial growth and partnerships for biometrics services, covering biostatistics, statistical programming, data management and analytics. Shape go-to-market strategy and position the organisation as a trusted biometrics partner.

What you will do

• Find, qualify and close new opportunities across biotech and pharma clients
• Pursue complex deals including end to end and functional service provider models
• Maintain pipeline and forecasts in a CRM and report to senior leadership
• Advise senior client stakeholders and lead executive presentations and negotiations
• Work with delivery and product leaders to align offerings with market needs

What they look for

• A bachelor's degree
• Five or more years of combined experience in data management, life sciences, technology or business development
• Deep industry knowledge and strong executive presence
• Proven ability to close complex deals in data management and biometrics services

Nice to have

• An advanced degree such as an MS, PhD or MBA
