Director, Client Strategy and Growth

About the role

A leadership role in a customer experience team, owning retention and growth for an assigned book of health plan clients. The director builds deep client relationships and feeds market insight back into the company.

What you will do

• Build retention and expansion strategy for assigned accounts with customer success, consultant and partnership teams
• Own year-over-year revenue retention and renewals
• Drive growth through client expansions, contract negotiations and upsell opportunities
• Analyze markets and competitors to spot trends and opportunities
• Track industry, regulatory and health plan developments and share market feedback internally

What they look for

• Fluency with generative AI for client materials, account summaries and research synthesis
• A Master of Business Administration
• Three or more years in management or strategy consulting, including at least a year at engagement manager, project leader or manager level
• Five or more years in healthcare, digital health or population health
