Director, Digital Marketing Strategist

About the role

Lead digital marketing strategy and the operating model across two therapeutic portfolios. The role connects brand priorities with web, digital media, CRM and marketing technology, working across commercial, IT and agency teams.

What you will do

• Set portfolio digital marketing strategy and channel roadmap, sequencing investments and defining needed capabilities
• Work with functional marketing leaders to turn brand strategy into digital priorities across web, media, CRM and marketing technology
• Drive cross-functional prioritisation and execution between commercial strategy and digital delivery teams
• Coordinate with commercial excellence engineers, IT and agencies for consistent execution and a cohesive customer experience
• Define measurement and performance expectations with clear objectives, KPIs and actionable insights

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree
• Significant experience leading digital marketing strategy in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare or another highly regulated field
• Demonstrated experience developing portfolio-level digital strategies
• Ability to lead through influence in a highly matrixed organisation
• Skill at simplifying complexity, aligning stakeholders and turning priorities into disciplined execution

Nice to have

• Experience in CNS, rare disease and large market settings
