- Understand pre-anesthesia and pre-surgical workflows to find high-leverage improvement opportunities
- Work with client teams and internal product, engineering and delivery groups to define efficient paths to ROI
- Own the design, execution and optimization of complex technical implementations against a standard ROI method
- Represent the company in executive client meetings and steering committees to drive referenceability
- Mentor cross-functional colleagues on sales planning, EMR workflows, clinical best practices and product roadmapping
