What you will do

  • Own the analytics architecture from the Snowflake warehouse through dbt models to the reporting layer.
  • Set BI tooling strategy, weighing the current tool against Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Hex or Mode.
  • Hire, lead and develop analysts and analytics engineers.
  • Work with Product, Customer Success and Engineering on metrics and self-serve reporting.
  • Set data modeling standards, tests and governance, and manage access controls for sensitive retail data.
