Technical Staff Product Manager, Data

About the role

A senior product role owning the data platform behind market intelligence products for multifamily operators. The person sets data direction and also digs into pipelines and analyses to fix quality issues.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for ingestion, data models, quality and delivery
• Lead root cause analysis of data quality issues and anomalies and drive lasting fixes
• Define data quality standards, service levels and monitoring
• Scope technical requirements and prioritize the backlog with data engineering and science
• Turn needs of internal users and operators into clear platform requirements
• Define and track metrics for platform health, adoption and business impact

What they look for

• Eight or more years combined in product management, data science or analytics, with at least four on data products or platforms
• Understanding of pipelines, ETL or ELT, warehousing such as Snowflake, BigQuery or Databricks, data modeling and quality tooling
