Director of Finance

About the role

Lead the FP&A and strategic finance function, owning the models and numbers that leadership and investors depend on. Partner with accounting, senior leaders and the board to shape strategy.

What you will do

• Build and refine an integrated three-statement financial model for planning, scenario analysis and fundraising
• Prepare board decks, investor reporting and diligence materials
• Track key SaaS and healthcare metrics such as CARR, net revenue retention and gross margin
• Lead headcount and compensation planning and mentor finance team members

What they look for

• Ten or more years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance or investment banking experience, including leadership at a growth-stage tech or he
• Expertise building dynamic integrated three-statement models
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with knowledge of SaaS and healthcare business models
• Experience supporting fundraising or due diligence
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce, Excel and Google Sheets

Nice to have

• An MBA or CPA
• Healthcare technology or pharmacy benefit management experience
• Exposure to M&A or post-acquisition integration
• Prior work at a Series C to E venture-backed startup

USD 175,000 to 200,000 per year
