Director of Legal Education

About the role

Leads bar review support for law schools in an assigned region, acting as the main contact for administrators, faculty and students. Combines account management, outreach and ambassador leadership to help learners succeed on the bar exam.

What you will do

• Manage full accounts for law school deans, faculty, academic support staff and students
• Travel within the assigned territory to meet faculty, administrators and students
• Serve as an expert resource on bar exams and the company's offerings
• Deliver presentations and workshops that prepare students for the bar exam
• Run outreach campaigns to find, engage and enroll students
• Recruit, train and lead student ambassador teams, tracking engagement and events

What they look for

• A J.D. law degree; state bar admission or an active license is not needed
• Experience designing and carrying out account strategies
• Strong relationship and account management skills with academic stakeholders
• Confident public speaking and presentation abilities for varied audiences
• Leadership experience recruiting, training and motivating campus teams
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data tracking tools, plus strong organization

Nice to have

• Two or more years of management experience, ideally sales focused
• Experience selling in a fast-paced, competitive setting

Pay

USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year
