A remote, phone-based role guiding callers into mental health or substance use treatment programs. You are the first voice people hear on one of their hardest days and you help them reach a clear next step.
What you will do
- Screen for fit and explain partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care in plain language
- Follow up consistently until each caller is scheduled or referred elsewhere
- Record every lead accurately in CRM and EMR systems while staying HIPAA compliant
What they look for
- Prior remote work experience with the ability to manage your own pipeline
- A warm, confident phone manner and strong follow-through
- Comfort using CRM and EMR systems
Nice to have
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Kipu experience
- Insurance verification experience
